What’s the process? How do we get started?

Getting to know your business is critical to the process. Relax, it’s not a blind date; I promise we’ll have a meaningful conversation all about you and your goals!

STEP ONE: GETTING TO KNOW YOU
We learn the ins and outs of your organization so we can work together to build an influential HR culture that is uniquely yours.

STEP TWO: IDENTIFY THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS
The name “Rise Above” is for those immediate situations, whether it’s a lawsuit, hiring need, or a significantly outdated handbook. We’ll prioritize those rapid HR needs to provide quick support to ensure your organization will rise above the immediate need. We will conduct an analysis and recommend a game plan, including immediate corrective action.

STEP THREE: DEVELOP PROGRAMS OR PLAN
Once we set the priority list, the plane takes off. I am of the firm belief that a goal without a plan is simply a wish. We want results, so you’ll have a precise timetable of our project plan dates and all appropriate implementation training that will be required.

STEP FOUR: ONGOING DEDICATION TO YOUR CULTURE
We will stay in communication based on the size of the project. The level of communication you’re comfortable with will give you an idea if we need to shift gears and readjust our plan accordingly. We’ll continue to refine the process to learn more about you and your organization.

STEP FIVE: HIGH FIVE
There is something so rewarding about finishing a project. Completion will be time to celebrate for sure! It doesn’t mean the relationship is over! We offer many services and would love to continue the relationship!
